The Clerk of Tynwald’s Office invites expressions of interest from AV suppliers to provide audio and visual services for Tynwald Day.

The current suppliers continue to provide excellent service but as good practice, and in line with Isle of Man Government Financial Regulations, the Office wishes to explore the market and identify interest from other competent contractors for the Tynwald Day Ceremony from 2026.

We would like to invite parties who are interested in delivering a complete audio visual service to attend the Tynwald Day Ceremony 2025 on 7^th July. After this date, a submission should be made on the Isle of Man Government Procurement Portal outlining how these services would be delivered.

Submissions should be made no later than 5pm on Thursday, 31 July 2025. Late responses will not be considered.
