​The Courts, Tribunals and Local Authority Procedures, and Miscellaneous Provisions Bill 2020 passed its Second Reading in the Keys on 13th October 2020. The House declined, however, to suspend Standing Orders to take the remaining stages on the same day. It follows that the one item of legislative business on the Order Paper for tomorrow cannot go ahead. The sitting is therefore cancelled.

The other item on the Order Paper, which is the laying of a paper, will be transferred to the sitting on 27 October 2020.
