The House of Keys Committee on the Assisted Dying Bill has published its report on the Assisted Dying Bill 2023, a Private Members’ Bill promoted by Hon. Alex Allinson MHK.

The Committee was established by the House of Keys on 7th November 2023 with a remit to consider the clauses of the Bill and to report back to the House.

The report is available to view on the Committee’s webpage and is also listed on the Bills section of the Tynwald website.

The Committee intend to move that the report be received by the House of Keys on Tuesday 23^rd April.

The Members elected to the Committee are David Ashford MBE MHK (Chair), Hon. Alex Allinson MHK, Rob Callister MHK, Michelle Haywood MHK and Hon. Lawrie Hooper MHK.
