In July 2021, following the debate on the Social Affairs Policy Review Committee Second Report for the Session 2020-21: Mental Health and Suicide, it was resolved that this Committee should gather evidence from Manx Care and others and report on the progress made in addressing the Island’s suicide rate.
In May 2022, the Committee published an update on its scrutiny of this subject in the form of a short report.
