There are various parts to the IT architecture that Office of the Clerk of Tynwald (OCOT) support. In summary:
1) OCOT have their own network, manage their own hardware and software/licenses. We have third party support for the network (Synergy) and the website (Scorch).
The OCOT network is used by all OCOT staff.
2) Tynwald Members do not have access to the OCOT network. All Tynwald Members use the Isle of Man Government (IOMG) network. OCOT support Members using the IOMG network.
OCOT staff have a separate log in to access the IOMG network.
3) OCOT support the Tynwald Commissioner for Administration with their standalone access. Everything is re-charged for the TCA.
